General Information
The Biotector 990 TOC Analyser is housed in a FRP enclosure with dual compartments to keep all electronic components separate from the "wet" or analysis components. The enclosure is designed to withstand corrosive environments.
A sample from the stream is pumped into the BioTector® reactor chamber where the patented Two Staged Oxidation Method oxidises the organic material in the sample. The CO2 formed in this oxidation process is then sparged and monitored by the patented IR-detector.
Maintenance
Due to the unique self-cleaning technology, the large system tubing and the absence of filtering, service is required only two times per year. Separate service kits are available for the 6 and 12-month service.
